Take Me- Short Film

A tale of real, live, emotional baggage!

Single mum Lena is finally getting back on the date scene but her mums just cancelled on her to babysit her 4 year old. About to call off her online date, Lena finds her son hiding in a suitcase, giving her an idea. She will take him with her, hidden in her luggage! Hopefully her date won't notice?

Take Me explores the difficulties of single parenting, especially for low income families. With a positive spin on online dating, it’s about a man ready to grow up, and a tale of real, live, emotional baggage.

'It speaks volumes for the skill of this film's makers that the improbable plan she conjures feels both plausible and charming, when - in real life - it would be neither..... A really enjoyable tale extremely well told.' David Reviews, November 2019 - 5 stars
